How important is Regular Bible reading to the Christian and in your own words what does it do to enhance our spiritual growth!

The more I read God's Word, the more I realize how I cannot live without his Words of Life!  God's Words are alive penetrating and empowering  my spirit, mind, and body to be all that God created me to be and to do all that God has purposed for me to do in this earth!  Each time I read the Bible, even sections that are difficult to understand, I have learned to read or plow through in faith fully depending upon the Living Word to strengthen my innermost being by the power and revelation of the Holy Spirit.  Each time I read, I gain deeper understanding and revelation by the Spirit of God that locks in, never to be lost!  Then, as I face challenges or attacks from the enemy, I am learning to trust in the GREATER ONE inside of my spirit to bring to my remembrance what I need at that very moment.  1 John 2:20 teaches that I have an unction, an anointing of the Holy One inside of me.  The answers are already within me. With the help of God's Word and the Holy Spirit, I am learning to draw from those rivers of living water in my spirit.  I am learning to draw out those ANSWERS!  I am learning how to listen, hear his voice, and step out in boldness to do that which he is speaking within my spirit to say or do.  Thank you, Jesus!  Thank you for you are the LIVING WORD, THE WAY, THE TRUTH, AND THE LIFE!  Your words are my life!  They are medicine  and health to all of my flesh! They are peace to my mind!  They reveal my destiny and purpose!  They empower and equip me to accomplish the impossible and overcome the world, the flesh, and the devil!  How I love your Word!
